For a sales interview, they have you go into a Zoom call...with a pen and paper. And quiz you on your math skills. No questions about building clients, closing, etc. Just math equations for an hour.InterviewAlso, they make you should your work and explain to the interviewer your thought process. I would have made sense if this were a different role, but it's sales
