    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chartwell Hospitality (Ann Arbor, MI) in August 2013.

    Interview

I submitted a resume via craigslist. I got an interview right away. They were in need of skilled talent right away and I met the qualifications plus. We talked about future possibilities and growth with the company. They made me believe that I would have the ability to give input, to work independently to grow the business.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions were all old school "tell me about you" "what was a hard decision you had to make" "what was your favorite position. They were not really interested in talnt development   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiations. I just moved to the area and I need a job. They offered the least I would accept.
