I worked at Checkers Drive-In part-time (More than 5 years)
High school kids looking for little income. Training is great! Discount on food and drinks. To be honest that's the only pros I can think of. Look I've been working there for 7 years. Advice to Management
You do not have to curse and intimidate your workers like they are slaves. I've watched management yell and scream and threaten co-workers about cutting hours or firing them if they don't get the timers on point. Understand that you guys are a team and you guys must work with another to get good numbers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Checkers Drive-In (Gulfport, MS) in May 2017.
Filled out application onilne , called the store and the assistant manager spoke with me about my application and resumé and told me my information was going to pass to the general manager. Next day I went to the store to introduce my self to the general manager. Brought my bright smile(literally) and the manager was impressed with my qualifications and hired me on the spot.Process was very easy.
