Interview
I walked in to ask for an application, and before I even got a pen to fill it out I was offered a job. The manager had me fill out the application and sign the paperwork within 5 minutes without any real questioning except for basics. It did not seem like he cared much about experience or intelligence, and this is basically how he hires all of the servers, which results in very poor service and workers.InterviewWhy do you want to work here?
