Hours vary too much. Work not constant
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chef Brothers (Gainesville, FL) in January 2008.
There was only 1 interview and it was very informal. I essentially showed up and he offered my the job after asking about the my availability. He did require my school schedule but never asked about test dates, probably because he didn't care when they were anyway (he scheduled me to work during finals). Office staff and caterers are worlds apart and really don't interact much which was noticeable when I arrived. Very informal interview, not very professional.
