Always Busy- Friday and Saturday Nights are great
Lunch Service Slow, Management sometimes Micromanages
So many people have been there for so long they are stuck in their ways.
Advice to Management
Always have a backup supply of Staff turnover seemed very high- everyone else had to pitch in and pick up the extra work.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chef Geoff (Washington, DC) in May 2015.
The interview was an open house interview for all positions in all the locations. It was held at another location of the chin of the restaurant. Interviewers was hand out a form to fill out then intervewed by the hiring manager. On the form, you get to choose which location you'd perfer to work. The interview was very straight forward and the job was offered right at the spot.
