    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Chefs’ Warehouse.

    Interview

I applied to the role and was emailed for a 30 min phone interview with one of their recruiters. I thought the phone interview went great, she told me she will getting back to me in the next few days about next steps of meeting the team. The recruiter did get back to me and asked me when I can come in and let her know how my schedule was looking for that week. I never heard back from her after that! Which is pretty unfortunate because I was really looking forward to it. I followed up with an email and a phone call. And after 2 weeks still haven't heard back. Being an HR professional myself, getting back to candidates is very important because it speaks a lot about the company. If they didn't want to move forward with an interview I should have at least received an email.
