I have been working at Chem-Aqua full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Chem-Aqua is the water-treatment industry's best kept secret! Most people don't know the scope of what they do, which only means great opportunity for them. The company is forward thinking and is investing in what it takes to make their employees successful. Employees use cutting edge technical tools in the field, with more to come. Success is rewarded. Management gives its employees room to grow their skills and shape their career. I have seen and continue to see great things for this company.

    Cons

The only real con is not about Chem-Aqua, but about how NCH does business by having another BU unit be a minor competitor to Chem-Aqua. This is undeniably counter productive, but hopefully will sort itself out in the near future.

    Advice to Management

Localize all water treatment activity to Chem-Aqua only. Their expertise far outweighs other NCH BUs offering water treatment, which greatly reduces liability and increases profitability.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Chem-Aqua (Irving, TX) in June 2015.

    Interview

Well, after applying for a position the recruiters took their time on getting me set up for a interview, blaming it on upper management, that should have been a red flag to start with, but it has been known to happen a time or two.
