I have been working at ChemPoint.com (More than 3 years)
Free Snacks, good location, decent benefits.
The amount of turnover is unlike anything I have ever seen. Management doesn't seem to care, they can replace you easily. Drowning in work every single day - if you take a vacation, your work will just sit there until you get back, the team does not have the capacity to cover your workload. Management has not a single clue what their employees go through on a daily basis; they don't even know how to do the work. Majority of people leave because the job is not like what it was advertised to be. Lateral advancements are given but moving up and out is hard, especially when management has ruined your reputation with other departments. Because management does not know how to do the work, they don't understand when you say you have too much on your plate. I can go on on, just stay away.
Advice to Management
Get your act together, and fast. You are losing quality people. Listen to your people!
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ChemPoint.com (New York, NY).
First you have a phone interview and they decide whether you will proceed or not based on that interview. For me, they then offered a different position that was not the original one that I applied for. I ended up declining because I wanted to work more in the chemistry field rather than the sales field.
