Great team atmosphere, upper management makes it a point to continually improve communication, direct managers for my team have high energy and work as hard or harder than I do. Enjoy the time I spend here every day
The biggest challenge is some of the metrics our jobs are based on feel a little outdated, slow seasons make it difficult to engage with customers, some people are less helpful than others when it comes to getting the task at hand completed, the "it isn't my job" cop out is just laziness on their part, but majority of the people are hungry go-getters that will go the extra mile to help if you reciprocate.
Advice to Management
Take care of your customer, and he will take care of you. This goes for internal customers too (team members, suppliers, etc). New management is awesome, keep up the great work

Phone interview. HR asked me if I had the interest in marketing and communicating with others. He also told me that I had to make many phone calls in this position.
