I worked at Chemineer as a contractor (Less than a year)
They are a domain expert company. They have a niche market, and they've nailed it. Their management is amazing, and they're always working to be on the cutting edge!
Because they are a niche company, your expertise might not be useful elsewhere. They don't have a lot of good business sense either, they're more technically focused, and have been undercut by other company's more ruthless business practices in the past.
Advice to Management
Create a real internship program, and then offer those interns jobs!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chemineer (Dayton, OH).
Came through a recruiter as the HR department has no clue how to find employees.
