We are Chemours.
Chemistry is a living thing. It’s constantly evolving and changing. The Chemours Company focuses on applying the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and change lives.
Chemours was created from DuPont's Performance Chemicals Businesses. We are a world leader in Titanium Technologies, Fluoroproducts and Chemical Solutions. We're also a company of firsts, constantly changing the formula for what chemistry can do.
Consider these transformative product innovations:
These are just a few ways the chemistry of Chemours helps customers on every continent meet the growing demand for higher living standards around the world.
We are Living Chemistry. We are Chemours.
Drive customer growth, and ours, by understanding their needs and building long-lasting relationships.
The best reason to be customer centered is simple. Our chemistry is most valuable when it helps our customers. Whether it's creating a new product, improving a process, or operating more sustainably, helping our customers, or simply do business better, should be what we do best.
Cut complexity, invest in what matters, and get to results faster.
We want to make it easier to get things done -- that means -- giving people clear guidelines and the power to act, and eliminating unnecessary layers of review within Chemours. In short, we want to make getting to results faster and easier for everyone.
Act like you own the business, while embracing the power of inclusion and teamwork.
When great people have the authority and space to make a difference, they always get more done. Chemours is a startup company with a rich 200+ year history. By giving people greater ownership over their projects, we can unlock talent and make Chemours a great place to work.
Live our steadfast belief that a safe workplace is a profitable workplace.
We have a safety obsession. It’s been at the center of our culture since our businesses began. So we’re not only deeply committed to safety, we are also among the world’s foremost experts in how to achieve it. Being safe enhances our bottom line and it's at the heart of why customers choose to work with Chemours.
Do what’s right for customers, colleagues, and communities, always.
When we do what’s right for our customers, shareholders, and communities, we are confident that success will follow. This guides the processes we put in place internally, the way we work with customers, and our engagement with governments and NGOs. From efficiency to sustainability, our goal is to always be clear, thoughtful, and focused on outcomes.

Advice to Management
Keep on keeping on.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chemours (Parkersburg, WV) in August 2016.
Applied on line received a call about a month later asking if I was interested in a phone interview. Conducted a phone interview and about 5 days later asked if I would want to conduct an on site interview. Conducted an onsite interview it was very well structured. Met with several groups they asked technical questions, STAR questions, and for the first time with any company I have ever interviewed with questions about my previous jobs, the questions were designed to see what are your interests and dislikes. It was all in all a very positive experience. The people were very genuine and nice.
