Interview
I wasn't actually interviewed. I was referred by a previous co-worker (which she received a referral bonus) and was told to come in. I arrived nervously and was brought to a room with other ladies. A staff member handled us tests and informed us that we could use our phones for answers if we wanted (awww boi). We watched a few videos and filled out forms. We were then given address's on who we would be shadowing and taking over for. No background check, no drug screen.
I was in awe, but I wasn't working and needed to take care of my family. Stayed for a little bit, but wasn't comfortable.
