Work at home. Paid every two weeks. Occasional incentives.
Although you have the ability to schedule yourself, be aware that restrictions have been placed now. You have to work a set number of hours and most are required on the weekends. Communication is horrible-either you hear nothing or are swamped by 72 emails about the same thing. Training is very poor. It is too basic and the trainers go on about their own things and convetsations.
Advice to Management
Go back to your old model. It was a wonderful company to work for. Stop restricting agents so much. Provide better training and support so you can retain agents. Don't forget your tenured agents. Increase the base pay. Please stop moving toward the Liveops management and business style. Keep Chris Carlisle.
