I have been working at Chesapeake Utilities full-time (More than a year)
Core values of the company are Aspiring and Caring. Leaders have a respect for all employees and their contributions to the success of the company. Positive work environment, employees are friendly and caring, and company has monthly employee recognition events. The company values the community, and people at all levels of the company participate in giving back to the community. Excellent benefits. Company is focused on engaging their employees, supporting employee growth and training, and mobility within the company. All-around great employer.
The company continues to grow and encounter challenges to accommodate the growth. Because of this, there are opportunities to help improve processes.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chesapeake Utilities (Columbus, OH) in April 2017.
Mostly behavioral questions with some personal questions mixed in. The interviewer did not seem like he had much experience with screening potential employees. Very nice people at this company but their interview process could be improved.
