    Pros

Really great company culture - people are very friendly. The company has a really good remote work balance as well. Plus AMAZING to get to work on growing chess!

    Cons

There's been a ton of change - it's exploded in size over the last five years, and everyone is new and/or working on new things, and figuring out how everything fits together. This isn't even necessarily bad - it's a sign of success.
