I worked at Chevron Products Company full-time (More than 10 years)
Great pay. Fun job. Some great people to work with.
Company promoting women that were new to the refinery world but they would tell you and your team that basically you didn't know how to do your job. It was all about promoting women in our company at all costs. The company had got the crap sued out of them more than once by women claiming to be discriminated against. Never a team player in the bunch. I worked there for 26 years.
Advice to Management
Take a closer look when promoting women into positions were they manage more than just themselves. Look and ask questions. Don't just stick is with a lame duck from corporate.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chevron Products Company (El Segundo, CA).
