I worked at Chi Mei Optoelectronics full-time (Less than a year)
The whole rules that company made are very impeccable and the welfare system is complete.
The working hour is too long for more than 12 hours per day. The company didn't give the proper overtime pay.
Advice to Management
They need to hire more people to take care the 24 hours running supply chain or the employee will keep leaving the company and take good care about their diligent employee.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chi Mei Optoelectronics (Tainan (Taiwan)) in July 2012.
Interviewed with manager, nice interviewer, more like chatting other than serious interview. Mostly asking about past experience, what did you do to help those job add value. They're in short of engineer, basically if everything goes well, you can get an offer right after interview
