    Pros

    The pay was above market.
The workers were treated with respect for their professional positions, skills, and abilities.
The management team knew what they were doing and was fair in handling all work-related matters.

    Cons

Being a temporary contract, the contract was up and they have not had as many short-term contract placements at my level since (they do them in other areas and have permanent placements, but my pedigree is not one that really gets me many opportunities).
Everything but the temporary part of my particular assignment was great.

    Advice to Management

They are doing a great job. I look forward to future work possibilities, but this is not really their big market big money-making area for their Chicago office.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chicago Legal Search (Chicago, IL) in June 2010.

    Interview

Office manager contacted me to set up an interview. I came in the office and met with office manager first. She started by telling me about the company and describing the position. She then proceeded to ask me about my self. I told her a little about myself.
