I have been working at Children Of America full-time (Less than a year)
It is not as stressful as teaching in a public school. The curriculum is fun to teach and there is room for creativity. The kids are amazing and the staff is very supportive.
They need more teachers! They are short staffed right now so please consider working at a great place and making a difference in young lives.
I applied online. I interviewed at Children Of America (Delray Beach, FL).
Interview process was professional and timely. Started off with phone interview with Director of Acquisitions. Then was asked to come into the office for in person interview. Great atmosphere and management staff. Was interviewed by Director of Acquisitions and CEO. Both interviews were upbeat and positive
As part of our COA Just Read programming, we create and publish a book for children six times per year. Each publication covers different life lessons written from our COA mascot “Bentley” a fun-loving and “wise” Jack Russel terrier.
