I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Children's Aid (New York, NY) in Oct 2022

Very informative interviewer. They thoroughly went over all aspects of the job and kept on checking in for clarity. The questions they asked me were woven in throughout the interview in a casual.

They asked me what I thought would be challenging about the role for me and what part attracted me to the position. They asked me about my previous social work experience.
