    I have been working at Chordiant Software full-time (More than a year)


    Great people to work with on projects and within company. Most were helpful and very friendly. Everyone worked hard and you felt like you made an impact with clients. Decent salaries and bonuses. Company was small and you felt like a family.


    Business was not growing and the company senior management was setting the stage to be bought out. They were sitting on $50 million and didn't want to invest too much in the product or the people.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Chordiant Software (London, England (UK)) in August 2008.


    I was short listed for the telephonic interview by the recruiter after I applied online for a job I found online. The first round of telephonic interview was technical and involved detailed discussion on my current work and my technical skills. The second round was a face to face interview with a panel where I had to present a case study and recommend an architecture/design of a complex business problem. The next round was a face to face interview with the hiring manager involving HR questions and my team dynamics...Over all the whole experience was tough but given me great insights into the day to day problems faced by the company...
