My supervisor is forcing me to train despite my efforts of training mentoring etc in the past. She says if I don’t train it’s considered insubordination and will result in automatic termination. How can I get around this?

We had a team meeting where I argued the point that we should try to prevent burnout for the sake of employee wellness. And while my colleagues agreed, they said that we have to present it as a patient care issue in order for those at the top to be motivated. 😒
