    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chrysalis (Provo, UT) in January 2017.

    Interview

I went into their main office in their Provo Location. I met with the Associate Director and they became to ask me a series of questions about previous managerial experience i have but also about working with disabled individuals. The interview was fine. There was a few questions regarding scenarios and how one might act when faced with adversity
