I have been working at Chuck E. Cheese's full-time (More than 3 years)
The Technician work hours are a bonus with no weekends unless needed but that rarely happens. The food is good with the revamped menu.
You have so much to do and you don't get enough time in the day to do it all. If the team isn't working together it will just make the entire store run inefficient and kill morale for everyone.
Advice to Management
Management isn't the problem. The problem is that right now the upper echelon is squeezing every one and every thing to make the store comply to some very strict and lean measures.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chuck E. Cheese's.
Sit and wait for an interview. It took at least 30 minutes for someone to actually come, introduce themselves and interview me. The interview lasted about just as long. Afterwards, they told me that I was hired and come the next day for orientation.
