Advice to Management
In a couple of years the brand will complete a re-evolution and surge to where is should be. It will only happen with accountability, innovative product development, local marketing campaigns, and strong leadership.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at CiCi Enterprises (Dallas, TX) in April 2011.
A lengthy process. Be prepared for multiple interviews over several months with weeks without calls. The company is tightly knit, but once you are on board you are family. They will go out of their way to provide support to you, however, their income is derived from franchisee fees. If they don't make money, the company doesn't. Within two years a new culture will evolve with new franchisees and removal of those that operated tired, dirty restaurants.
