The benefits are good. PTO policy very nice. I love working with the team I am with at the client site.
The company need a clear direction going forward. They need to start investing in long term employees by giving pay increases.
Advice to Management
It is time to lighten up the senior and upper management and take that money to invest in the employees bring in revenue to the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ciber (New York, NY).
Total of 5 rounds of interviews. I went to the final round. Ciber contacts provided inaccurate information about interview steps, client company, interviewer and role. Last minute request for interviews (< 24hrs). Provided multiple conflicting job descriptions. Did not provide feedback about why I was not selected as promised. Did not pass along multiple internal references I had within the client company to client hiring authority. The last one was a huge miss, candidates are 14x more likely to be hired with an internal reference.
