Job is certain unless you do not do any crime. You will be happy if you do not want to take any responsibilities with less salary.
People who have ambition will not be happy in the CIMSOLUTIONS. They are renting skill resources to other like goverment, private organization. Once their projects are over resource will come back to the CIMSOLUTIONS. And will wait for the next assignment. Employee will not get any ownership of his work and responsibilities of that. Which is very frustrating for a ambitions resources. Also they offer very low salary compare with the other organization. They do not have any formal increment or appreciation policy.
Advice to Management
Create a competetive environment for the ambitious employee. And also formulate a good increment policy for the employee.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CimSolutions (Vianen, Utrecht (Netherlands)).
One of the worst interview, I had in my life, that I still remember. The CEO Moynul Hossain, is a piece of work! During the interview, he just picked on me, had racial slurs, and was very disrespectful. I'm writing this review, to help my IT colleagues not even to bother THINKING of getting an interview here.
