Very team orientated and supportive in any creative ideas you may come up with. Nice pleasant atmosphere. They keep up with the latest technology and promote career growth. They are also Informative on how the company is doing financially. They give you as much responsibility as you can handle. If the company is doing well you will receive a nice bonus and a generous raise. They are really conscious of the balance of work and home.
On occasion unclear as to the direction of the company. The ups and downs of the aerospace industry makes job security a little shaky.

interview was done at the unemployment office in mission tx. You wait until they call your name for interview, then questions will be asked based on the job title you applied for. interview time was about 30 min.
