    I worked at Cinebarre full-time

    Pros

Working at Cinebarre has helped me learn such invaluable skills in preparation for any future job. Management of time, team oriented goals, and the importance of successful processes from successful training. The management team I was apart of was passionate about the success of the business, the success of their staff and effective in the execution of a rather unique business model.
They had not only coached me into becoming a critical role of the business operation but also mentored me in preparing me for next steps for my career. My manager was always willing to accommodate, negotiate and train me into doing what I wanted to do and I owe them a great deal of respect.

    Cons

I would say a downside to working there as a manager is that many situations that escalate require you to react in way you may have not been properly trained to handle. BUT the upside is that you learn which is the most important part to find success.

    Advice to Management

I would try and find more time to give feedback to improve the way people work so that they can learn to perform more efficiently & effectively

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cinebarre (Mount Pleasant, SC) in January 2014.

    Interview

Applied online, was called day later. Interviewed with manager and was called to be hired 2 days later. As I was filling out paperwork to be hired as a Server (After turning down other serving job offers) was told I would be starting as a food runner for an indefinite amount of time before I would be promoted to the job I was told I had.

    Interview Questions

    • Pretty simple, asked if I was familiar with working in high-volume restaurants and what my favorite and least favorite jobs were.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    No negotiation.
