    Pros

Gain experience with a large distribution company. Learn skills like machine operating and computer processes.

    Cons

Once in this position, it is nearly impossible to advance any further than this position. Applicants wanting to advance into an upper management position will be greatly disappointed and misguided in believe you have a chance for advancement for several years, but encouraged to keep applying for advancement just to be turned down.

    Advice to Management

Put more effort into your employees through annual bonuses, raises or even employee assistance programs. Do not make promises to employees and then do not acknowledge them when asked or promises do not fall through.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Cinram.

    Interview

Once called for the interview the process was fairly quick and did not seem very formal. I met with two people at the same time and the questions were largely general in nature. They were mostly interested in my ability to work the necessary hours and my overall skill set. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked mostly general questions about my previous experiences.   Answer Question
