I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cipriani in September 2013.
You meet up with Carolina (she may have left so it might be someone else now) and she takes you to a room. You're probably not going to be interviewed alone. There you're asked basic questions like "What is your experience in catering" "Describe your work experience" "What do you like about catering?" Note that you DO NOT even have to have catering experience. There was a guy at my interview that had experience in retail but never worked in catering. Once you're done with the questioning she asks for your jacket size and you're done.
