I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Circle K (Cleveland, OH).

I asked my manager for 3 years, to be promoted to an assistant. After she was let go from the company, I talked to the Market Manager. He had our new manager train me for 3 months, and then interviewed me 1:1, where he promoted me to an assistant. He asked me questions about customer complaints, invoicing, paperwork, daily deposits, and being able to get to the bank on a daily basis.
