I have been working at Cirrus Medical Staffing as a contractor (More than 3 years)
Recruiter Brett Lazansky is awesome and consistent, follow through is without hesitation. Accommodations are never disappointing. Good pay and benefits Unlimited assignments!
Onboarding process for travel contracts appears repetitious and redundant
Advice to Management
Have recruiter centered roles, everything goes through one person, not multiple staff members.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cirrus Medical Staffing (Atlanta, GA).
I filled out an application and sent in my updated resume. In addition, I filled out the check lists for my experience related areas. I also expressed my short and long term goals as to why I thought a travel/contract position would be the best fit for me at this time. I was then promptly contacted by a recruiter that interviewed me over the phone to see if we would be a good fit for the future. I have worked with several travel companies and recruiters, but I will be staying with Cirrus Medical Staffing until I find a permanent position.
The negotiation phase was fairly simple as well, she told me what she could offer, I told her what I thought was doable and fair, and we were able to make it work. She has never offered me anything unreasonable for any of my contracts.
