Advice to Management
Listen to employees when they suggest that projects will take a certain amount of time, don't demand they work so many hours that they can't get adequate sleep or time with their families
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cirtec Medical.
Contacted by the recruiter, came into interview and met with about 6 people. I was also given a Gantt chart and asked how I could reduce the time to complete the project. Typical behavioral interview questions. Plan on it taking the better part of the day
