Well known company, great pay, benefits, bonus program, hours, able to work from home when needed. Enjoy working with some talented people.
Employees are treated like a number, lie directly to their employees, change benefits in the employee handbook 2 weeks before we are told Citi is selling mortgage servicing, if offered job with new company and don't accept then no severance pay, I could go on and on.
Advice to Management
Your employees have families and lives. Playing with their jobs really is not cool. Stop telling everyone "we know nothing", when you do. So we can look for another job if need be and not wait for YOU to decide to change our lives. We are not idiots so stop treating us that way.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at CitiMortgage (O'Fallon, MO) in October 2016.
Phone interview with hiring manager. Interview was very tough - cell phone crapped out then she had to call back on house phone. Due to rain storm Charter phone connection was very poor. Hard to hear the questions.
