Lots of room for growth. Plenty of hats to be worn. No hand holding.
Start-ups can change, and sometimes, shut down. Always the risk of getting in bed when the house isn't entirely built.
Advice to Management
Stick with one direction and stay that course exclusively. Likewise, don't let the mistakes of past leaders guide your excuses; take credit for your own failures and move forward.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CitizenGlobal (Venice, CA) in February 2011.
Initial communication was as expected. I was aggressive in following up with HR which reduced the overall time in procuring a offer letter. The office and culture are what would be expected from a Venice start-up.
