I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Community Federal (Eau Claire, WI).
I applied online and got a call from the head teller. I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. There are always two people doing the interview, for a teller it is usually the head teller and the district manager. The questions are very straight-forward. They ask about strengths, weaknesses, past experience, etc. There are a lot of behavioral questions.
I did not negotiate but I know others have for different positions.
