The company is headed in a great direction as a whole in terms of communication, technology and re-branding the company culture.
The break room is always filled with free coffee and teas and the vending machine snacks are inexpensive.
There are several wellness events throughout the year in different parts of Austin which allows you to meet other employees in different departments.
The company is working on improving communication within departments and throughout the company.
Not the safest part of town but they did hire a security guard that monitors the building and cars.
Advice to Management
Keep improving the lines of communication- I think you're doing a great job.
interviewing with HR and hiring manager. Intend to hire. Traditional interview. The HR interview is not very long, less than an hour. They will ask you why you want to work for this company. You need to dress more formal since it's a traditional company.
