I have been working at Citrin Cooperman full-time (More than a year)
-A collaborative work environment - people are friendly and helpful -Management really seems to care about their employees - they frequently solicit feedback then follow up by acting on it -Broad network of expertise -Some nice perks like jeans on Friday, the ability to leave early on summer Fridays and flexible work arrangements -Very professional work environment -People in the senior leadership positions are accessible to everyone
-Not enough space to provide all managers with offices -Medical insurance premiums are high
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing. Management really has the firm on the right track.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Citrin Cooperman (New York, NY) in September 2015.
The interview process was relatively standard. Since it's on campus recruiting, there was an on-campus interview followed by office visits. The first round on-campus interview was with a supervisor and a senior.
