Environment, fast paced, challenging. Be group of managers possible. Everyone in the company starts in the same spot so everyone has been through similar challenges. Awesome building/incentives are an added bonus. Great commission structure.
If you aren't competitive or do not have a great work ethic you will not last long.
Advice to Management
No real complaints. Management is pretty cool, everyone gets their work done so not too much micro managing.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citrix (Raleigh, NC).
Interview process was quick and straight forward. A week from my initial phone call with the HR rep I had my first interview, which was conducted in a round robin style process with 4 managers. All managers were very personable and down to earth, which made the process bearable. I received a phone call the following day extending a job offer.
