I have been working at Citrix Systems full-time (More than a year)
Really awesome work culture. Perfect work-life balance can be achieved. Colleagues are very friendly and management is very approachable. Lot of freedom to do your work at your own pace.
New management is giving very less value to engineering side of things. Planning and stuff is done without consultation of engineers and everything is becoming vague interms of what's happening with the company.
Advice to Management
Listen to your engineers before making plans for the quarter. Have to give time to build upon products rather than release and forget culture. Need to have stable products for reliability of the product
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citrix Systems (Boston, MA).
I got call from career fair. The process has 2 parts: 1. Phone screen - 2 interviewers took the interview and questions were mostly on project experience and basic java and database concepts. This is where they filter people based on confidence and concepts of the candidate. After 2-3 days of phone screen, i got call for onsite interview. 2. Onsite interview - 3 rounds of interviews. 1st 2 rounds are technical and will have 2 interviewers each while 3 rd round is HR round. The initial 2 technical rounds are moderately difficult. All basic questions on java, database and project work in college, and on work experience.
