The interview process was average, however, I noticed that everyone I spoke to was trying to convince me that the company used advanced tech. But it was very obvious they were a little behind the times in reality and that digital marketing was not valued. The call with the internal recruiter was a video call and a significant amount of time was spent talking about a driver's license in the state of employment. A significant amount of time from the interview with the hiring team was spent discussing that the role involves excessively overcommunicating to the rest of the company the importance and results of SEO and digital marketing. It was clear that these teams were undervalued and confirmed by the low salary.InterviewInternal recruiter question: was there a time you missed a deadline, can you tell me about what happened.
