    I have been working at City National Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very supportive, open, and positive corporate culture. People are very nice to work with and they compensate very competitively. If you are a motivated results oriented person this is a great place to work. I have worked at a lot of companies and this has been by far the best experience I have had to date.

    Cons

    Sort of a pro and con, at the time of this writing the bank is undergoing explosive growth. There is a lot of work to do so be ready for a challenge. This is not a place to work if you are looking to coast.
