When you become a target, all bets are off... especially when its time to stand up for yourself. You will not be heard if ( you are not in the Good 'ol boy club). and then,, god forbid,, the person you are complaining about IS one of the "" good 'ol boys""..
Advice to Management
when someone brings up a concern or problem,, just do not shake your head and agree.. Look into it as if YOU were the one with the same complaint. Not everyone can be as saint like as you.....
I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at City Of Fremont Ohio (Fremont, OH) in June 2010.
Very long process including a physical agility test, written test, personality test, interview with several people at once, stress test at hospital, drug test, and many many many more tests. I would not go thru at that again for this position.
Nothing, they do not negotiate. You take it or leave it.
