Great working with the kids and parents of the Fullerton community.
Opportunity to create innovative programs for the youth.
Management is not hands on with supervising programs. Managers never respond to emails and do not value employee concerns. No opportunity for income growth. Not enough funding for program materials. High turnover rate.
Advice to Management
Consistent communication with staff will be mutually beneficial for programming and may help reduce turnover rate.

Interviewed by Mayor, council member, Planning Commission chair. They make recommendations to the City Council for at-large commission and committee positions. Open ended questions about my experience with planning and my insights around the balance bbetween property rights and quality of life.
