I have been working at City of Rockville, Maryland (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pays pretty far above min wage for Maryland. Relatively easy to trade shifts and the hours are flexible.

    Cons

Long hours, sometimes with very short, very few breaks. A lot of time is spent cleaning.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at City of Rockville, Maryland.

    Interview

This was a very relaxed interview process. The interviewer did most of the talking. He explained exactly what I would be doing as an intern for most of the interview. The main questions he asked were tell me about yourself, your interests, what you would like to get out of the experience, etc. I received a tour of their very small studio.

    Reasons for Declining

    Not a great offer
