I have been working at City of Toledo full-time (More than a year)
The job is not hard. There's a lot of relaxing time. Most coworkers are nice and it has great benefits.
Some people are only looking out for themselves and will trick you if they want to get out of a pinch. The pay is subpar to other cities near. It's also a dead end job.
Advice to Management
Consider taking feedback from your employees.
I applied online. I interviewed at City of Toledo (Toledo, OH).
Questions were standard and already prepared. Interviewers would ask questions and the entire panel would record responses given. Questions were in the form of scenario "what would you do" format. You could ask your questions at the end of the process.
