The leadership is aligned and a well balanced mix of young and "seasoned". The company truly cares about the employees and takes great pains to preserve and expand upon the vibrant culture that has been built -- because it is very unique.
It is a place people enjoy coming to work every day -- very positive, focused on values, acting with honor, being great partners, etc., while also very results oriented.
The team of people I work with care about each other, our customers and doing a really good job every day.
As with any young, fast-growing company, there are gaps in processes and communication. It's not perfect and sometimes mistakes are made. The good thing is that when these are identified, people work hard to find solutions, not find blame.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Civic Financial Services (Redondo Beach, CA) in April 2017.
The interview process was very straightforward. I was asked to interview a few days after meeting one of the Sales Directors. The interview consisted of myself, the CEO, and both Sales Directors, and was about an hour in length. It mostly consisted of general questions with a detailed explanation of plans for the organization's planned growth over the coming years. I was given a tour of the full building, including Wedgewood, the parent company, after the interview. I was called the next day and offered a full-time position. Very straightforward and to the point - no games.
