I worked at Clarity Consulting (Less than a year)
From my first day as an intern at Clarity, I never doubted that my work was valued. Every consultant, manager, and partner that I interacted with demonstrated their interest in my personal and professional growth and showed a commitment to my experience that I did not expect from a company of Clarity's size. I was given challenging work, frequent feedback, and the freedom to test my skills. People at Clarity are interesting and genuinely seem to care about the projects and people they work with.
I didn't have any notable grievances while at Clarity. People are smart, friendly, and committed to personal growth. Employees at Clarity should be comfortable working both independently and in teams as needed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clarity Consulting (Chicago, IL) in August 2017.
After applying online I was contacted by a recruiter. We arranged an initial phone screen followed by a technical phone interview a few days later. After that they set me up for an on-site interview. It was a 4 and a half hour process consisting of two 1 hour sessions with technical consultants, followed by a 1 hour lunch (which ran long) with 2 other technical consultants, then a 1 hour session with one of the executive level partners of the company, and finally a brief tour of the office (Q & A opportunity) with the recruiter.
