We optimistically challenge convention, and we encourage others to challenge us. We reward risk while learning from failure. And we fearlessly do things we've never done before, because our teams always find a way to succeed.
We're not afraid to tell the truth. We believe in sharing information and insight so that everyone succeeds, for the betterment of all. We keep our commitments, no matter what it takes. We always show up, ready to solve problems—not just talk about them. To us, "integrity" isn't a buzzword for the shareholders. Integrity is in our DNA.
Our team members are naturally curious, so we created an environment that encourages continual learning. We follow traditional models—internal and external training programs and corporate knowledge centers—as well as more creative endeavors, such as mentorship programs, accelerated learning/certification paths and customized career trajectories. One thing is certain: we never stop growing.
We've earned a reputation for integrity and transparency among our clients. Unlike some other firms, we don't bait-and-switch consultants. The talented team of experts that shows up at the initial meetings is the team that works on your project—start to finish.
Our goal is to make ourselves obsolete through the continual transfer of knowledge about our methods, capabilities and models. That's not what you expect to hear from a consulting firm, but we forge stronger relationships with our clients by sharing knowledge instead of hoarding it.
We hire "T-shaped" or "two-brained" consultants—people who are deeply knowledgeable about a technical or industrial discipline and who have broad experience in many other fields. This versatility gives our consultants a wider, more nuanced perspective and creates a multiplier effect.
We Promote From Within
Clarity’s focus is on growing its future leadership from within its own ranks, and to support this mission it invests in a comprehensive Leadership Development Program, designed to turn those with math, engineering and analytics backgrounds and mindsets into big data thought leaders via the most complete training and development program in the industry.
Associate consultants work with and learn from the top-tier leaders in the data and analytics industry, and our shadow programs allow for real client experience.
Consultants are teamed with, and continually mentored by senior-level team members who have executed Global 1000 client engagements.
Starting with a three-week training program and then transitioning into a continuous education process enhances skill development over time.
Clarity’s small company culture encourages those in the Leadership Development Program to participate in networking events, philanthropy opportunities and Clarity Connect social activities.
Not only does the Leadership Development Program provide the best training and development in the industry, but it also offers candidates competitive compensation, bonus and benefits plans.
From hunger-relief food drives, to lending a hand to fix up local schools, to sponsoring families in need — Clarity Connect is our employee volunteers club that makes it work. Team members from all disciplines pull together and just get things done. We have lots of passionate doers, makers, and planners that bring Clarity’s talent into local the communities in which we live.
I have been working at Clarity Insights full-time (Less than a year)
- Better than any Big 4 in my opinion in this space.
- Good compensation and learning opportunities
- Great space to be in for next few years
I can't think of anything major for now but they can certainly improve by implementing good knowledge sharing tools internally
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clarity Insights.
Had a Skype interview with a guy who came across as an arrogant jerk as he kept interrupting me and treated me like I was stupid. For example, when he asked me what my favorite math course was and I said it was linear algebra, he said "Pfft.. linear algebra?! That class was boring!"
